Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team at Burlington Road, Dublin 4. The position is available immediately. This is a role for a Solicitor who wants to be in the middle of live deals from the start.
Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP commercial property work runs the full length of a transaction, from site acquisition and development through financing, letting and management to disposal.
The caseload includes development land and site assembly, acquisitions and disposals of retail, office and mixed use investments, long leasehold and unregistered titles, occupational leases, assignments and licences, rent reviews, break options and dilapidations, and secured lending on commercial property for borrowers and lenders.
The team also handles the property side of corporate transactions and business sales, including national and international deals where the Irish property element is run from this office alongside overseas advisers.
The successful candidate will run their own files from instruction to completion with direct partner support and will deal day to day with clients, agents, lenders and the solicitors on the other side.
Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP are looking for a Solicitor with an excellent academic background, between one and four years post qualification experience in commercial property in an Irish practice, sound knowledge of Irish landlord and tenant and conveyancing law and the ambition to take on responsibility early.
The role is based on site five days a week. They believe close working alongside partners and colleagues is the foundation of proper transactional training, and the practice is structured to maximise that learning.
For an ambitious solicitor who wants real client contact and a broad, fast moving property caseload rather than a narrow seat, this is a strong grounding with a clear route to progression within the firm. A competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
