Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Manager/Senior Commercial Manager to oversee commercial and contractual management of hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe, based in Ireland. You’ll manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and risk to protect project value while delivering results across regions.

You will lead commercial reporting, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive cost efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years forecasting, cash flow, cost control on complex construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS beneficial.
• Proven track record managing commercial performance of major projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of hyperscale data centre projects within budgets.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX models, forecasts, cash flow, and reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency, value engineering, and cost validation.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and scenario modelling for senior management.
• Oversee change management and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement, contract administration, and final close-out.
