Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Senior Marine Engineer with 8 to 15 years of experience to join their expanding Marine and Coastal team. You will lead design and management of coastal and marine engineering projects, including port facilities, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, excellent career progression, and a remuneration package between €60k-€90k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of post-graduate experience in marine civil engineering.
• Experience in the design and project management of coastal/marine projects.
• Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management of marine engineering projects.
• Conduct coastal flood risk assessments and hydrodynamic modelling.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
