Job summary
SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maritime Team Leader to develop and grow our maritime engineering capability across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Ideally based in Dublin, with flexibility for Cork or Belfast, the role combines technical leadership, project delivery and business development to strengthen our regional presence. You will lead a diverse portfolio of maritime and port projects, building long-term client relationships and pursuing new market opportunities while
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Maritime Engineering with chartered status.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary maritime teams.
- Experience delivering ports, harbours and coastal projects.
- Strong client relationship and business development capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a regional maritime engineering team across Ireland & NI.
- Drive business development and expand project portfolio in region.
- Oversee delivery from feasibility to construction support on maritime works.
- Provide technical direction on ports, harbours, breakwaters and water-fronts.
- Build client relationships and contribute to tendering and proposals.
