Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and strong technical ability in civil engineering, especially heavy marine civil works.
• Experience managing projects with client and contractor interaction.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with marine civil standards.
• Supervise site-based marine construction activities including port infrastructure, jetties, quay walls, piling and coastal defences.
• Provide supervision and contract administration of marine and coastal projects in the field.
• Ensure civil and marine construction aligns with design intent, Employer Requirements and regulatory permits.
• Monitor construction progress and methods for safety, legal and regulatory compliance.
