Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Snr. Cloud Application Consultant to lead delivery of OpenText Cloud solutions, serving as a technical expert and escalation point for complex issues.

You will drive service excellence, guide best practices, and collaborate across teams to ensure stability, scalability, and client success. Required extensive IT support experience with enterprise apps, ITIL familiarity, and strong administration skills across Windows, UNIX/Linux, VMware, Kubernetes, and major web/app

Qualifications

Extensive IT support/consulting experience with enterprise-scale apps.
Experience with ITIL service delivery and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure).
Strong admin skills: Windows, UNIX/Linux, VMware, Kubernetes, IIS/Apache/Tomcat/JBoss.
SQL/SQL-like scripting in SQL, Shell, Java/JavaScript; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of OpenText Cloud solutions as technical expert.
Guide best practices and drive service excellence.
Troubleshoot, production support, and service restoration responsibilities.
Collaborate across Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services.
