Job summary

Sprinklr is hiring a seasoned Cloud Engineer to maintain and develop scalable, secure SaaS infrastructure. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation pipelines to keep the backend running at scale.

The role requires deploying across major cloud providers (Azure and GCP), implementing CI/CD workflows, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with product and security teams to meet business goals in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in cloud engineering or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience deploying SaaS products across Azure and GCP.
• Proficient in Python/Java/Go/Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address complex scalability issues.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and troubleshoot backend infra.
• Maintain CI infrastructure and pipelines.
• Assist dev teams in setting up CI pipelines.
• Review code and share best practices.
• Work with Agile/Kanban/CI-CD and Git.
• Build and maintain microservices on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Mentor cloud engineering team.
• Align cloud strategy with business goals.
• Architect highly available cloud environments.
• Enforce cloud security and compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives.
