Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to maintain and evolve our cloud platforms across major providers. You will work on containerized architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable microservices while mentoring peers and aligning cloud strategy with business goals.

The role requires 4–5 years’ experience, hands-on Kubernetes and cloud deployments (Azure, GCP), and strong IaC skills with Terraform and Ansible. Dublin-based office option preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of work experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying SaaS products across Azure and GCP.
• 2+ years of programming in Python/Java/Go/Bash.
• Proficient with Ansible and Terraform for IaC.
• Good database skills: MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Strong cloud-native understanding: Kubernetes, observability, SecOps.
• Solid Unix/Linux system administration background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop scalable, secure cloud infrastructure with focus on stability and performance.
• Deploy, automate, troubleshoot, and improve backend systems and pipelines (CI/CD).
• Support developers in configuring and maintaining their CI/CD pipelines.
• Review code and promote best practices across the team.
• Architect highly available and scalable cloud environments; lead security and compliance efforts.
