Job summary

Sprinklr, a leading enterprise software company, is seeking a skilled cloud engineer to maintain and develop scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and automate pipelines using Jenkins and Python to deliver reliable backend services.

The role emphasizes building microservices, securing cloud environments, and guiding the cloud engineering team. A strong Unix background and hands-on cloud SaaS deployment across major providers are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of work experience.
• Experience deploying SaaS products across Azure and GCP.
• 4+ years’ experience in Python/Java/Go/Bash.
• Decent skills in configuration management / IAC tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Good database management skills (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis, Kafka).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native landscape (Kubernetes, observability, SecOps).
• Strong Unix/Linux systems administration background.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively address complex issues and scaleability challenges.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve backend infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve CI infrastructure and services (build, test, package pipelines).
• Help development teams set up and maintain their CI pipelines and tools.
• Peer and junior review of code/work and share best practices.
