Job summary

Sprinklr is an AI-native platform for Unified-CXM, delivering customer experiences at scale. This role focuses on maintaining and developing cloud infrastructure for stability, performance, and scalability, with hands-on work in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will deploy, automate, and optimize systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with teams to align cloud strategy with business goals. The role requires 5+ years of experience and strong cloud exposure across Azure and GCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying SaaS products across major cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Go/Bash programming and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively address complex scalability issues in cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and troubleshoot backend infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build/test/package processes.
• Mentor and guide the cloud engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business objectives.
• Architect highly available and scalable cloud environments.
