Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure for our SaaS platform. The role involves working across AWS, Azure and GCP to build resilient systems with Docker, Kubernetes and automated pipelines.

You’ll mentor engineers, review code and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability and security as part of a fast-growing team. This on-site Dublin role offers a chance to influence enterprise software used by top brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in cloud infrastructure and SaaS deployments.
• Hands-on experience deploying to AWS, Azure and GCP.
• 3+ years with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory).
• Strong scripting with Python/Go/Bash.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and security considerations.
• Exposure to observability and cloud-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively address scalability issues and improve system performance.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize backend infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve CI infrastructure and pipelines.
• Help development teams set up and maintain their CI pipelines.
• Review code and share best practices within the team.
• Work with Agile/Kanban/CI/CD practices and modern pipelines.
• Build and maintain microservices in production using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead design and optimization of cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Provide mentorship to the cloud engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business goals.
• Architect highly available and scalable environments.
• Enforce cloud security and compliance practices.
• Lead process automation to improve efficiency.
