Job summary

Pixel Wiser in Ireland is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee IRC projects within the clinical trial sector. You will develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with GCP and company SOPs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a GCP certificate, with 5+ years in clinical trials or 2+ in IRC, plus strong communication, planning, and risk management skills. You will collaborate across teams and guide project teams through challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy, medical sciences, management, or related fields.
• GCP certification and familiarity with trial regulations; basic medical imaging knowledge.
• 5+ years in clinical trials or 2+ in IRC industry.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and risk prevention skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop PM plans and review documents per GCP, SOPs, and trial protocols.
• Lead IRC projects, manage budgets/revenue, chair meetings, ensure SOP compliance, address issues.
• Develop and update departmental policies and internal docs.
• Provide training, review plans, monitor priorities, predict risks, implement countermeasures.
• Prepare commercial documents, bids, quotations, and contract reviews.
