Job summary

Pixel Wiser in Ireland is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee IRC projects within the clinical trial sector. You will develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with GCP and company SOPs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a GCP certificate, with 5+ years in clinical trials or 2+ in IRC, plus strong communication, planning, and risk management skills. You will collaborate across teams and guide project teams through challenges.

Qualifications

• GCP certification and familiarity with trial regulations; basic medical imaging knowledge.
• 5+ years in clinical trials or 2+ in IRC industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop PM plans and review documents per GCP, SOPs, and trial protocols.
• Lead IRC projects, manage budgets/revenue, chair meetings, ensure SOP compliance, address issues.
• Develop and update departmental policies and internal docs.
• Provide training, review plans, monitor priorities, predict risks, implement countermeasures.
• Prepare commercial documents, bids, quotations, and contract reviews.

Job description

• Develop project management plans and draft or review project-related documents in accordance with GCP, company SOPs, and project trial protocols.
• Serve as the primary person responsible for operating IRC projects, manage project budgets and revenue, organize or participate in project-related meetings, oversee project progress to ensure compliance with project and company SOP requirements, and promptly address and communicate internal and external project issues.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and update of departmental policies and SOPs, and draft internal documentation.
• Provide operational training and guidance to project team members, including reviewing work plans, real-time monitoring of project priorities and challenges, risk prediction, and countermeasures.
• Draft business documentation required for commercial activities, and participate in business-related bidding activities, commercial quotations, and contract reviews.

Job Requirements:

1.Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy, medical sciences, management, or related fields.

2.Professional Knowledge and Skills:

Hold a GCP certificate, be familiar with relevant clinical trial regulations, and have a basic understanding of medical imaging (e.g., CT, MR, nuclear medicine).

3.Project Experience/Work Experience/Industry Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the clinical trial industry or at least 2 years of experience in the IRC industry.
