Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager (Europe - Remote) to lead clinical research studies from initiation to closure, ensuring budget and timelines compliance. You will coordinate multi-department tasks, oversee site activation, and manage vendors while maintaining SOP/regulatory standards.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical study management, GCP/ICH knowledge, and experience in matrix teams, with fluency in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in a related field of clinical research.
• 3+ years in a similar clinical study management role including trial management activities.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments involved in the study.
• Oversee site activation activities and vendor coordination to meet timelines.
• Ensure study documents and deliverables meet SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient recruitment and site status; update stakeholders.
• Assist with quality reviews, TMF audits, and risk management activities.
