The Rehab Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for Abbey Lodge Service in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim. This fixed-term 12-month contract requires leading clinical teams, ensuring high-quality residential and supported accommodation services in line with HIQA standards, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.

The role requires registration with NMBI and at least 3 years of management experience in health or social care, including leadership of teams and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Be registered in the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (NMBI)
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management of supervisory role in health or social care; 2 must be in intellectual disability
• Experience creating and maintaining effective working relations and networks
• Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of children and adult respite services to meet identified needs and wishes, including management of complaints.
• Establish continuous improvement processes and controls to embed national/international best practice.
• Lead and direct operational staff to foster a strong cross‑functional team ethos and development of talent, with clear performance communication.
