The Rehab Group seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 at Abbey Lodge Service, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim. Fixed-term 12 months, 39 hours per week, overseeing clinical care in residential and supported settings.

Job Purpose
Responsibility for supporting service planning, development, delivery and oversight of quality client focused residential, supported accommodation, , supporting clients with Intellectual disabilities and other associated clinical needs, in a person centred approach to care.
The post holder will require in depth knowledge of the role of the Person in Charge for designated centers and will provide oversight in assurance of the provision of high quality, responsive and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation (including Safeguarding of vulnerable adults 2014 and Trust in Care 2005) and Rehab Group standards.
The post holders responsibilities will include: supporting the oversight of quality of residential, supported accommodation, and respite care with a particular focus on clinical support needs; the management of relationships with key stakeholders in collaboration with the Regional Manager; the oversight and provision of clinical guidance and leadership teams, including clinical supervision, as appropriate to the role, and co-ordination/direction of the clinical support needs within the services; the safeguarding and protection of all respite service users in the service; the provision of clinical and professional recommendations, guidance, leadership and promoting the values of the Rehab Group.

Salary starting from point 1 € 66,487.27 to point 6 €75,356.07 Pro Rata and issubject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
