Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Client On-Boarding Manager for Dublin (hybrid/office-based). You will lead onboarding, coordinate with sales, client development and operations, and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

You will oversee service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, data accuracy and reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in an operational environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Senior client contact experience required.
• Experience with financial services or fund administration preferred.
• Knowledge of fund administration platforms and market data services advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, custody and depositary functions.
• Awareness of interdependencies within fund services and third-party connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior relationship manager and key interface between sales, client development, operations and clients.
• Oversee service delivery and engagement for newly on-boarded clients.
• Maintain a high-quality client experience with timely, accurate data and proactive relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client-focused service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry developments, trends and product offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients as a proactive business partner.
• Ensure client reporting metrics are delivered effectively and add value to the service.
• Resolve issues and incidents, oversee delivery of solutions and maintain strong internal communication.
• Promote continuous improvement to drive enhancements, best practice and scalable processes.
• Serve as escalation point for colleagues and contribute to ad hoc projects.
