Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Client On-Boarding Manager for Dublin (hybrid/office-based). You will lead onboarding, coordinate with sales, client development and operations, and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

You will oversee service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, data accuracy and reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in an operational environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Senior client contact experience required.
• Experience with financial services or fund administration preferred.
• Knowledge of fund administration platforms and market data services advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, custody and depositary functions.
• Awareness of interdependencies within fund services and third-party connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior relationship manager and key interface between sales, client development, operations and clients.

As a key member of the team, this role is responsible for effectively on-boarding and integrating new business into internal operational processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, high-quality delivery standards and a commitment to excellent service.

You will work closely with sales, client development and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Experience Requirements:

• Background with a leading financial services or fund administration provider preferred.
• Knowledge of fund administration platforms and market data services advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, custody and depositary functions.
• Good awareness of the interdependencies within fund services and connectivity requirements with third-party service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Third-level degree; professional qualification (full or partial) is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
