Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a Project Manager for the New Business Team to lead client onboarding launches and large programme workstreams from initiation through go-live. You will ensure scope, plans, governance, risks and documentation are controlled in line with onboarding standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, data migration, legal, risk and compliance teams, maintaining plans and logs, and driving runbooks for dress rehearsals and cutovers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or professional qualification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle, SDLC, UAT, and business readiness activities.
• Knowledge of compliance, AML and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing onboarding projects and workstreams from initiation to go-live.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs.
• Lead client project calls and governance forums; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Define scope with sponsors and stakeholders and track progress against plans.
• Deliver governance packs, status reports and runbooks; support continuous improvement.
