Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Coverage, Ireland to join our EMEA Growth team within Global Client Management (GCM). This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing professional to take on a broader role in advancing BNY’s commercial priorities across Ireland. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills to help drive strategic activity, support senior leadership and contribute to the continued growth of BNY’s client franchise. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leaders across the firm and the opportunity to play an active role in shaping client engagement, market strategy and country-level priorities within a highly collaborative, global organization.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support the execution of strategic and commercial priorities across Ireland by identifying opportunities, tracking progress against key initiatives and contributing to the delivery of business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Ireland Country Manager and broader EMEA leadership team to develop high-quality briefing materials, strategic updates and executive talking points for internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct thoughtful client, market and segment analysis to generate actionable insights, identify commercial themes and support go-to-market activity across priority clients and growth areas.
  • Develop tailored presentations, proposals and supporting materials in partnership with product, coverage and regional teams to advance client engagement and business development efforts.
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of client and leadership meetings, including shaping agendas, producing briefing packs and helping drive follow-up actions to completion.
  • Support pipeline discipline and commercial reporting by maintaining accurate CRM information, tracking activity and monitoring key priorities, risks and dependencies.
  • Draft polished communications, presentations and other materials for senior internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment of messaging.
  • Build effective working relationships across functions, platforms and geographies to enable coordinated execution and a client‑focused approach to strategic priorities.
  • Apply a strong understanding of BNY’s clients, solutions and commercial strategy to support relationship development, opportunity identification and broader franchise growth.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of team processes, materials and ways of working, helping improve efficiency, consistency and overall impact.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant experience in client service, sales support, business development, relationship management or a related field, ideally within financial services, professional services or a similarly fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of independence, professionalism and accountability while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business judgment, with the ability to connect market, client and organizational insights to business priorities.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and preparing high-quality materials for leadership, client or business development engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create polished, executive‑level materials and communicate effectively across a range of audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality output to deadline.
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑oriented approach, with the confidence to work effectively across teams, geographies and levels of seniority.
  • A strong interest in continuing to build a long‑term career in client management, sales and commercial leadership within financial services.
