Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead on-site delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance while aligning with client expectations.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction; manage budgets, schedules and procurement; and drive continuous improvement within Sisk's standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills for teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources are allocated and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Promote health, safety and environmental performance across activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and cash flow; contract administration.
