Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Ireland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high quality.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, client and stakeholder relationships, and uphold compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

This role offers the chance to influence delivery standards across sectors such as life sciences, data centres and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Construction Management or related discipline, with demonstrable PM experience in Tier 1 construction.
• Essential: Strong leadership, organisational, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Desirable: Membership of CIOB/Engineering Ireland or equivalent; lean/digital delivery training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications (pre-construction to completion).
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure procurement, cost control and contract administration are effective.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings and communicate objectives clearly.
