Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to take on overall responsibility for delivering a large-scale site in Ireland. You will supervise site activities, coordinate safe and efficient operations, and ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a strong track record in leading teams, managing trades, and implementing health, safety and quality controls on site. A relevant engineering or construction management background is preferred, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee site setup to ensure facilities are in place before project launch
• Manage relationships with subcontractors on site
• Drive the pace of the project and plan the work on site
• Monitor onsite energy and waste data
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings
• Ensure HSEQS protocols are followed on site
• Manage site records and ensure contemporaneous documentation is maintained
