Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead on‑site delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance. You will drive contract programmes, manage subcontractor performance, and coordinate with QS and Site Management to meet milestones.

The role requires extensive experience in construction commercial management, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency with estimating tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial systems management or estimating support within construction.
• Knowledge of estimating software such as Conquest, CostX or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract programme development and coordination with Estimating and Regional Director.
• Oversee subcontract buying schedule and supplier interfaces.
• Ensure HSEQS compliance and project documentation control.
• Prepare and submit contract submissions, CVRs, and monthly reports.
• Manage design coordination, BIM delivery, and project close‑out.
