Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, technically challenging projects in Ireland. You will report to the Project/Regional Director and oversee delivery, safety, environmental, quality and P&L, coordinating with client representatives and the supply chain.

The role requires extensive site management experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in construction management with a regional contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management with a national/regional contractor.
• Strong analytical, planning and leadership capabilities.
• First Aid at work certificate and IOSH or equivalent HSE training.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor key stage programmes.
• Set up the site and maintain site security; coordinate trades activities.
• Interpret drawings and communicate directions to site personnel and suppliers.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are completed for high-risk activities.
• Attend site meetings and circulate notes with actions.
