EY Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager/Director for the People Consulting – Change Management. This full-time permanent role focuses on shaping the future of work through large transformation programmes and embedding sustainable change within client organisations.

You will partner with private and public sector clients, delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance across the full project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on leadership and impact.
