Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for a leading Super ManCo in Dublin. The role offers exposure across MiFID, UCITS and AIFM activities within a cross-border asset management business overseeing circa €25 billion in assets.

You will work with the Head of Compliance and MLRO to oversee AML/CTF, regulatory submissions to CBI and CSSF, and supervise delegate relationships across Ireland and Luxembourg.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' compliance experience within investment management, funds, or a regulated financial services organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Irish funds regulation and the Central Bank of Ireland framework; CSSF/Luxembourg experience advantageous.
• Proven experience overseeing AML/CTF requirements, investor due diligence and delegate oversight; MLRO experience desirable.

• Partner with the MLRO on the oversight and enhancement of AML/CTF and sanctions framework across Ireland and Luxembourg.
• Manage regulatory submissions, notifications and queries with the Central Bank of Ireland, CSSF and other regulators.
• Oversee delegate and third-party service provider relationships across Ireland and Luxembourg.
• Drive compliance monitoring reviews, thematic assessments and remediation actions across the business.

Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join a leading "Super ManCo" as a Compliance Manager based in Dublin. This is a pivotal opportunity within a sophisticated, cross-border asset management business overseeing circa €25 billion in assets across UCITS and alternative investment fund structures. The role offers exposure across ManCo, MiFID, UCITS and AIFM activities, working alongside a collaborative EMEA Compliance function with branch operations spanning multiple European jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in developing and enhancing a risk-based Compliance Programme across AIFM, UCITS and MiFID activities
• Partner with the MLRO on the oversight and enhancement of the AML/CTF and sanctions framework across Ireland and Luxembourg
• Manage regulatory submissions, notifications and queries with the Central Bank of Ireland, CSSF and other regulators
• Oversee delegate and third-party service provider relationships, including administrators and transfer agents, across Ireland and Luxembourg
• Drive compliance monitoring reviews, thematic assessments and remediation actions across the business

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' compliance experience within investment management, funds, or a regulated financial services organisation
• Strong knowledge of Irish funds regulation and the Central Bank of Ireland framework; CSSF/Luxembourg experience highly advantageous
• Proven experience overseeing AML/CTF requirements, investor due diligence and delegate oversight; experience supporting an MLRO desirable
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly to senior management, Boards and regulators
• Sound understanding of financial markets and instruments including equities, fixed income, derivatives and alternative asset classes
