Job summary

PFH Technology Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Business Readiness Manager to lead business readiness, operational transition, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure end users are prepared for new processes and technologies.

The role requires 7+ years in readiness/change roles, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with complex environments. 12-month day-rate contract with ASAP start and hybrid Dublin work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Readiness, Business Change, Change Management, Operational Readiness or Transformation roles.
• Experience leading readiness activities in large, complex organisations.
• Experience in public sector, regulated, or operationally complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training delivery and operational transition.

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, programme teams, operational teams and external partners.
• Support operational transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Monitor readiness progress, identify risks and implement mitigation actions.

Overview

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks an experienced Senior Business Readiness Manager to lead business readiness, operational transition, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities for large-scale transformation programmes. The successful candidate will ensure organisations, operational teams, and end users are fully prepared for new processes, technologies, and ways of working, driving successful adoption and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of business readiness strategies, plans, and operational preparedness activities.


• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training, communications, and change readiness initiatives.


• Coordinate readiness activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.


• Develop training materials, operational guidance, process documentation, and readiness assessments.


• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, planning sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.


• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, programme teams, operational teams, and external partners.


• Support operational transition, implementation, and business adoption of new processes and technologies.


• Monitor readiness progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in Business Readiness, Business Change, Change Management, Operational Readiness, or Transformation roles.


• Proven experience leading business readiness activities within large and complex organisations.


• Experience working in public sector, regulated, or operationally complex environments.


• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.


• Experience managing multiple workstreams and influencing teams without direct authority.


• Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training delivery, and operational transition.


• Degree qualification in Business, Project Management, Change Management, IT, or a related discipline.


• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).


• Business Analysis certification.


• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, service transformation, or operational change programmes.
