Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Business Development and Marketing professional to join our growing Dublin office. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and senior partners to drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support profitable growth.

Based in Dublin 2, you will collaborate across Corporate, Disputes, Finance, Real Estate & Construction and Tax, delivering campaigns, events, bids, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' business development or marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
• Proven experience delivering bids, campaigns, events, digital content and other client-facing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of practice and sector business development plans.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and win new work.
• Lead targeted campaigns, client-development initiatives and opportunity tracking.
• Manage high-quality pitches, proposals, tenders, credentials and client presentations.
• Plan and deliver client events, webinars, sponsorships, thought leadership, directory submissions and award entries.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Communications, CRM, Bids and Design teams to deliver integrated campaigns and engaging content.
• Monitor performance, maintain high-quality CRM data and use market insight to improve business development activity.

Working closely with the Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager, partners and senior stakeholders, you will deliver high-impact initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance our market profile and support profitable growth.

Based in our state-of-the-art Dublin 2 office, you will support teams across Corporate, Disputes, Finance, Real Estate & Construction and Tax. You will join a collaborative, supportive team with a proactive, “can-do” approach.

What You'll Do
