Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3 years' experience in Business Analysis, project support, process improvement or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information and turn it into clear, structured requirements and documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories or UAT would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to sites across Ireland to meet stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Document and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Meet with users to understand processes and identify improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes and create process maps and user stories.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements with project/technical teams.
• Support system implementations and changes, including UAT and testing.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Build relationships across locations and support BA and PMs throughout the lifecycle.
