Working with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams, you will apply Agile methodologies and Design Thinking to identify improvement opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and prepare reports for management. This is an on-site role with a focus on delivering tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse projects and communication between clients, sound engineers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and support successful project delivery.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare business documentation, process maps, functional specifications, and management reports.
• Apply Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles to support business problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
