Job summary

nineDots.io is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead client workshops, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and work with delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation.

You will validate solutions, assist with testing and client demonstrations, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring clear documentation and timely delivery in a dynamic financial services context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer-facing Business Analyst.
• Experience in financial services and working with financial services technology.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting testing and working to client delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.

• Ownership of client requirements, from initial workshops through to testing and solution demonstrations.
• Work with financial institutions on technology that makes financial advice more accessible.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland, the UK, Europe and Australia.

• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills, with close attention to detail.
• Experience supporting testing and working to client delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience in financial advice or wealth management technology.
