Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks a Senior Business Analyst with strong General Insurance background for a 12-month contract. You will lead cross-department process analysis, run workshops, and map business processes while coordinating with project managers and testing teams to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years as a BA in regulated or complex settings, GI domain knowledge, process mapping with Visio, and experience in UAT and functional testing. This role is based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
• Background in General Insurance domain knowledge including GI products, distribution/broker channels, underwriting, policy administration and servicing.
• Proven experience in process mapping using tools such as Visio or similar.
• Experience with process improvements and exposure to project delivery cycles.
• Hands-on experience supporting testing cycles including UAT and functional testing.

Senior Business Analyst - General Insurance Background Required

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis (12 months) to support a critical business process change project which involves core General Insurances process enhancement changes. This role requires a candidate with strong process mapping capabilities and experience in project coordination and testing support.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes across multiple departments.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine business requirements.

Experience Required
