Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer for projects across Dublin. You will coordinate building services with construction activities from specification through to installation, testing and commissioning across commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects.

The role requires a third-level qualification, 4+ years in building services, and proficiency with IT systems and AutoCAD, with opportunities for long-term career progression and professional development.

You will be responsible for coordinating building services with wider construction activities, from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning across commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review specifications, service drawings, and architectural and structural details.
• Liaise with design teams and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure works comply with project standards and programmes.
• Coordinate building services installation, testing and commissioning.
• Manage O&M manual submissions and project documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• Minimum 4 years' experience within building services, construction or a transferable discipline.
• Experience with relevant IT systems and AutoCAD.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
