Job summary

Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a apartments project in North Dublin. Our client is looking for a degree qualified candidate with about 2-3 years’ experience in this field.

Description

You will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services on a large building project.

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme.
• Manage submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Requirements

• Ideally have a Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required
• Organised with excellent oral and written communication skills
