Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Ireland (UK & Ireland BU) seeks a Senior Brand Manager for a 12-month maternity cover based in Blackrock, Dublin. You will own the Taste Elevation – Sauces portfolio, guiding strategy and in-market execution while liaising with senior stakeholders and agencies.

You’ll lead long-term growth, leverage consumer insights, and manage paid media in collaboration with the UK/I media team to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analytics to understand key drivers and drainers of Brand performance.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into brand equity and communications.
• Experience in managing paid, owned and earned media plans with agencies.
• Strong commercial and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the category long-term growth strategy for Ireland with Head of Growth.
• Collaborate across Category Development, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Procurement and Supply Chain, plus European teams.
• Develop consumer understanding to drive brand equity through integrated campaigns.
• Own paid media plan for the category, partnering with agencies for execution.
• Drive 360 campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media in line with strategy.
