Job summary

Kerry is recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive to join the UK&I PMSSD and Meats team. You will help develop and execute marketing strategies that drive category growth, strengthen customer relationships and deliver commercial objectives across the UK & Ireland.

Based in either Ireland (Naas) or the UK, the role involves regular travel across the UK & Ireland (30-40%) to support customer meetings, presentations and industry events while collaborating with Sales, R&D, Insights and Finance to

Qualifications

• Marketing, category, insights or commercial role experience in food/beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual marketing plans aligned to business strategy.
• Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials.
• Translate consumer, shopper and market insights into effective marketing activities.
• Manage marketing projects from idea to execution.
• Activate European & Global initiatives locally in the UK&I.
• Identify opportunities for Kerry and customers and lead customer presentations.
• Create commercial impact through marketing activities that drive engagement and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for growth.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and agency relationships.
• Present insights and recommendations to customers in clear narratives.
• Collaborate across Sales, BD, R&D, Insights, Finance and Supply Chain.
