Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale Building Management System projects for data centres in Ireland. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience within construction, building services, BMS, or automation.
• Proven experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary construction or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, project controls, and health & safety legislation.
• Demonstrated financial management, including project P&L forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex BMS and building automation projects across the data centre industry.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Take ownership of project financial performance, including forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, main contractors, and end clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, resource planning, and logistics across multiple sites.
• Provide clear project updates to customers and leadership teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
