Job summary

Unify in Dublin is seeking a Lead BMS Engineer to manage BMS and EPMS delivery on a major data centre project. You will oversee design, integration, and commissioning, coordinating with MEP, client, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and timely handover.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of BMS/EPMS, prior experience with systems integrators, and excellent communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing BMS and EPMS on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of BMS protocols, integration and commissioning.
• Experience with systems integrators and automation contractors.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of BMS and EPMS delivery from design to commissioning.
• Oversee specialist systems integrators and installation contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project safety, quality and technical standards.
• Collaborate with MEP, client and vendor teams to meet automation requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex BMS and EPMS issues.
