Corcoran Food Equipment Ltd in Tralee is seeking a BIM Engineer to join our project management team. Based in our Tralee office with some onsite work, the role involves supporting the design and engineering teams and coordinating BIM delivery for commercial kitchen projects across sectors.

You will work with Senior Project Manager from inception to completion, lead design coordination, site surveys and model management (Revit/Navisworks).

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in design, engineering or project management.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience delivering BIM projects.
• Experience coordinating with design teams, contractors and clients.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Civil or Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial projects as part of design team.
• Work with Senior Project Manager from inception to completion.
• Site surveying and preparation of designs for MEP services.
• Coordinate service drawings and BIM models with stakeholders.
• Attend BIM meetings and site visits.
• Support project targets and management of stakeholders.
