Job summary

Tritech Engineering in Dublin is seeking a Senior BIM Co-Ordinator to join our in-house team on complex construction projects. You will lead BIM modelling, coordinate with M&E and project teams, and ensure clash-free models and COBie data delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' BIM experience with Revit/Navisworks, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate 3D models and drawings.

• Excellent IT skills with Revit, Navisworks and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Use BIM software to produce collaborative 3D models and drawings.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer and Project Supervisor.
• Monitor clashes and produce weekly clash reports.
• Coordinate incoming/shared models and lead weekly coordination meetings.
• Produce AutoCAD mechanical/electrical schematics and BIM renders.

We are currently looking for a talented Senior BIM Co-Ordinator to join our in house team, working on complex construction related projects. The successful candidate will be an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, resolves issues working closely with all stakeholders. This role is based in Dublin.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawings

• Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, & Project Supervisor
• Input model elements with required detail (graphic & data)
• Monitor/checking of clashes - Producing weekly clash reports
• Coordinate and monitor Incoming/shared models
• Lead weekly coordination meetings
• Produce Images, Drawings as required by Project Manager
• BIM modelling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordination of mechanical & electrical elements and asset data
• Production of COBie data
• Production of as-built drawings and model
• Production of Asset Information Model
• BIM delivery on both live and tender projects
• Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
• Produce images for reports using BIM renders
• Adhering and working in accordance with the company's current Safety Statement and Quality Health and Safety management system including all policies/procedures contained within.
• Experience with point cloud data advantageous

Role Requirement

• Mechanical / Electrical Trade background an advantage
• Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, MS Office etc.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks essential
• Experience in M&E services coordination essential
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential
• Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issue.
