Designer Group in Dublin seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary model coordination, produce MEP construction information and maintain the associated drawing and delivery controls from design through construction and handover.
You will report to the BIM Manager and work closely with internal BIM, Engineering, Project and Site teams, client representatives and contractors to resolve coordination issues, ensure clash-free models, and deliver asset information and handover

As BIM Coordinator, you will coordinate multidisciplinary models, produce MEP construction information and maintain the associated drawing and delivery controls from design review through construction and handover. You will ensure coordination issues are resolved, deliverables meet project requirements and current site information is reflected in record models, drawings and asset information.
You will report to the BIM Manager and work closely with the internal BIM, Engineering, Project and Site teams, as well as client representatives, design teams and specialist contractors.
The role will ensure MEP models, Construction drawings and handover information are coordinated, and aligned with project and site requirements.
