Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced BI & AI Senior Analyst to lead BI, data, reporting, process improvement and AI initiatives across the business. This senior IC role collaborates with Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, Procurement and Leadership to enhance reporting, automate processes and drive AI adoption using the Microsoft ecosystem.

The position is on-site in Dundrum, Dublin, five days per week, offering exposure to Power BI, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Fabric and

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across BI, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Architecture or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power BI and the wider Microsoft data/BI ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance BI, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting and management information.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop data models, data pipelines and transformation processes.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, SharePoint and third-party systems.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Identify practical AI opportunities across the organisation.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT and other AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, automation and knowledge-management solutions.
• Create reusable AI prompts, templates and business solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance and measure the business value delivered through AI.
