Job summary

Engage People Recruitment in South Dublin is seeking an experienced BI & AI Consultant to lead the design and delivery of BI, analytics and AI capabilities. This senior individual-contributor role collaborates with Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR and Leadership to improve reporting and automate processes.

The role focuses on Microsoft technologies including Business Central, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot and ChatGPT to drive digital transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across BI, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Architecture or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power BI and the Microsoft BI ecosystem.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance BI, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting and management information.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, SharePoint and third-party systems.
• Identify practical AI opportunities across the organisation.

Job description

Location: South Dublin – onsite 5 days a week

Salary: Up to €80,000

Type: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced BI & AI Consultant to play a key role in developing Business Intelligence, Data, Reporting, Process Improvement and AI capabilities within a growing organisation. This is a senior individual-contributor position, combining Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, AI and Digital Transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, Procurement and Senior Leadership to improve reporting, optimise business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption. The role will have a strong focus on the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Business Central, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot and ChatGPT, alongside other BI and reporting solutions.

THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Power BI and the wider Microsoft data/BI ecosystem.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting technology transformation projects.
• Understanding of AI, automation and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
