Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial organisation in Dublin to hire a Business Intelligence leader. The role focuses on managing a distributed BI/ DW team, aligning with data engineering, cloud teams and business stakeholders to deliver value.

You will drive adoption of AI-assisted BI development within governance boundaries, while operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a strong salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in BI/DW environments.
• Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Manage and mentor a distributed team of BI developers.
• Partner with data engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders.
