Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automation/Mechatronics or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in medical device/pharma manufacturing.
- Experience with PLC programming and automation projects.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with FDA/ISO/GMP quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and optimize automation equipment and control systems.
- Plan, design, execute, document, and deliver automation projects.
- Assess automation systems for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
- Provide mentoring to junior engineers and other team members.
- Drive continuous improvement for reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
