Job summary

Citi in Dublin is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead and evolve the IA Methodology, delivering learning resources and guidance to global IA teams that rely on robust risk-based assurance. You will design, develop and maintain training materials, partner with IA Learning and Engagement, and lead large projects to improve methodology and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Masters preferred.
• Experience in audit, risk and control; learning, training and communications.
• Ability to influence senior management and lead complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective training across global functions, face to face and virtually.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials for IA Methodology.
• Lead a team and collaborate with peers, business heads and senior leaders.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Maintain IA methodology training, guidance and content management processes.
• Lead medium to large projects delivering methodology related outcomes.
• Engage with IA stakeholders to align expectations and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with risk and control partners on governance and training initiatives.
• Influence across audiences and provide function-wide training and briefings.
