Job summary

Citi in Dublin is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to advance the Internal Audit Methodology and learning resources. You will design and deliver training across the audit lifecycle, partner with IA teams, and drive improvements in assurance processes and guidance.

With leadership responsibilities, you will manage complex projects, ensure effective content management, and communicate with executives to support Citi's risk framework and control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, designing and supporting audit methodologies or risk management frameworks and training with senior management influence.
• Proven ability to manage or deliver projects and large assignments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Background in audit, risk and control, compliance or related learning and training functions.
• Familiarity with IIA standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and collaborate with peers and executives to enhance methodology, learning resources, and guidance.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials across the audit lifecycle and identify knowledge gaps.
• Deliver training across multiple channels and maintain IA's guidance and system support tools.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end, delivering user-centric solutions and change management.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to meet expectations and strengthen senior leadership relationships.
