Citi in Dublin seeks a Senior Audit Manager to support the IA Methodology and develop learning resources across the audit lifecycle. The role focuses on maintaining effective methodology guidance and training materials to strengthen risk-based assurance.

You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders, design targeted training, manage projects, and continuously improve tools and guidance to ensure robust audit processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing audit methodologies or risk frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in learning and training development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and partner with business heads to improve methodology and learning materials.
• Design, develop and maintain training across the audit lifecycle.
• Deliver training across multiple channels and maintain guidance assets.
• Lead medium to large projects delivering methodology-related outcomes.
• Collaborate with risk and control functions on governance training initiatives.
