Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to support the IA Methodology and develop learning resources, delivering training across global functions.

You will lead a team, partner with senior leadership, and drive improvements in methodology and training materials, while managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships. Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred; Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Previous experience in audit, risk and control, compliance or comparable areas as well as learning, training, communications
• Ability to deliver effective, large-scale training on complex matters, face to face and virtually
• Ability to partner with and influence senior management
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train team members and convey complex matters
• Displays leadership presence; earns trust of senior leaders
• Experience managing or delivering projects: planning, execution, client and team management
• Understanding of IIA Standards and Internal Auditing practices

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective training across global functions, face to face and virtually
• Design, develop and maintain training materials across the audit methodology
• Lead a team and partner with peers, business heads and senior leaders to improve methodology, learning and training resources
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted learning solutions
• Maintain IA methodology training, guidance, assets and system guidance
• Lead medium to large complex projects delivering methodology-related initiatives
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond formal projects and execute them
• Enhance tools supporting Methodology and Training (job aids, guidance, templates, chatbot)
• Engage with IA stakeholders to manage expectations and advise audit teams
• Collaborate with risk and control functions on governance, risk and compliance training
